Stayed for five nights with my wife. Beds were cozy and the room was normally pretty clean. The employees were extremely handy and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious along with the closet. The bathroom have been clean and also the shower was super cool. Not a super social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff in the reception were there at every hours. The beds ended up cozy and the people in the hotel ended up usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. Really wonderful hotel and wonderful location. Surely will advise this place!

Viva Chiangmai Home Stay is located in a very central place, it is clean plus the beds are incredibly comfortable! There is just one detail I might propose going ahead and that is to supply extra hotel amenities, shower gel particularly.
